World summit on the information society - Legal issues

Twenty-three lawyers from Asia, Europe, and the United States have been drawn together by the Center for International Legal Studies to write briefs on the legal issues facing the new Information Society. This has been an ongoing project throughout the first phase and the second phase of WSIS. Manuscripts have been completed and the looseleaf published in June 2005 and made available online.
